Are you a skilled leader with experience of delivering success in a fast paced Production Environment Are you capable of leading a manufacturing business across a number of production and business focused departments Are you looking for a Plant Manager position with the potential for personal and career developmentKingscroft has been asked to recruit for a Plant Manager by a specialist plastic injection moulding and assembly business supporting a wide range of customers and industries. As the ideal candidate you will be driven by delivering targets commercially and experienced in leading a manufacturing operation. Your duties will involve:

• Leading Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Scheduling, Logistics ,Maintenance , Customer Service and Sales.
• Develop the commercial and operational performance based metrics to deliver the business plan
• Work closely with the departmental managers to define their strategy and develop their teams to achieve results
• Drive daily performance and long term goals of the plant
• Lead Continuous Improvement and implement process and operational change to deliver results
• Develop the culture of the plant to deliver the business plan and exceed customer expectations for delivery and quality targets
• Manage capital projects and investments to ensure effective development across equipment and facilities
• Work closely with the Group Ops Director to ensure the company strategy , plan and performance are achieved
• Provide reporting and detailed analysis of commercial and operational performance to group and business
